no update from me in 80 weeks!! exciting!!!
2 great things have happened so far today:

1) I got my halloween costume...I am going to be a bumble bee!!
2) I got back from capitol hill STARVING and too lazy to go to the grocery store. Jeff and I have no food at home. What do I do?
I threw together the BEST macaroni and cheese Ive ever had in my life!! Hahaha go figure. Isnt there some dumb saying..like necessity is the mother of invention? I also ate a huge bowl broccoli and now am feeling a little queasy.

-christmas shopping
-thanksgiving (pumpkin pie, sweet potatoes, tofurkey)
-decorating
-detroit cobras show
-johnny cash movie
-new car
-not spending the entire month (hopefully) sick, and injured from a car accident
(usually I love october but this one has been full of distractions)

so i got a new car...well not "new" but new to me..
its nicer than the nova, thats for sure
its a 1990 honda accord, really dark gray, almost black
it has a sunroof, and power everything pretty much, which is nice since my other car had no power anything
and it also has a nice stereo, and nice speakers
but the guy who owned it says its been broken into twice, but i guess thats how it goes with the hondas..
i think im gonna invest in an alarm system maybe? the nice thing is, is that its not new but its a 5 speed, it drives nice..has more power than my old car, and the seats are more comfy.
now i just have to arrange to have my no-va taken away by the insurance company :(

in other news i had scooters today for a late lunch..mmm...never been there before, but its awesimo.
i cant remember the last time i had a good night's sleep..
tomorrow is halloween, and im ordering pizza, with yummy free cheesesticks. i love food.
also ryan ordered the new lagwagon and propagandhi cd's. so that should be nice.

today is my dad's wedding, and I have to be in tacoma in a few hours ahh!!!! I am so excited though, but I have NO idea how im going to do my hair. I am going to try to do the 50's rolls, but I dont know if that will work out for me today :( sometimes they just look like crap and it takes for-ev-er. i am also wearing my white and black polka dot dress with the tulle underneath. hopefully I can get lots of pictures :D today is nice and sunny too..

im also really excited for the reception. the catering sounds awesome hehe. they said there would be a chocolate fondue fountain!! and I hope he likes his presents. we are spending the night at his house tonight, so tomorrow we can be at the get together to open presents, and there's gonna be free pizza. even though i work at a pizza place, i still cant get enough ahahah. so im excited for that too..ryan and i will bring the ps2 so we can play video games and stuff..yay. our apartment is SO messy though...and this week is busy busy..

monday i close at work, tuesday i open!! then i have a dinner with my dad's family side, and then meet my grandparents on my moms side, since they are back from spain. then i this weekend is a picnic with my grandparents. ack..so much stuff. and so much work. and I cannot wait for warped tour !!

anyway must go, tons of stuff to do!!

while im on a roll here ranting about stuff

this happens to me all the time in seattle. traffic is backed up, Im waiting at a red arrow to turn left. a bus goes through the opposing intersection at a yellow light for them. they end up blocking the intersection with their huge ass fucking bus. then the arrow turns green. WHILE IM SITTING THERE IN FRONT OF A BUSSES ASS. then once the arrow goes red again, the bus finally moves, and im stuck sitting in the hot sun for another 10 minute light cycle

ive been dying for one of these bags. im kicking myself for not buying the first season of them, which had the guitar strap web handle and the big metal rings. last season they were just like this only the regular print but with gold accents and buckles, and they just looked gaudy. now they are somewhat tolerable. but they have the "mega" lamb print, with this huge ghetto print. but the accents are silver now. and the original series is extremely hard to find and the bag is over double the original price on ebay, since they will never be made again. i think the print on the bag (when its smaller) is cute, but I have to admit I'd partly be buying one becuase of the name, and becuase gwen and paris hilton and about a gazillion other celebrities think they are hot and carry them too. ohh its hard to be me.

so today i went to the mall and bought some things for my trip to hawaii. i went into "icing by claires" where there was a baby screaming its lungs out. as i proceeded to whirl my head around obnoxiously to witness what was going to make this child scream so much, i observed that it was a dad with a baby girl that couldnt have been but a year old, getting her ears pierced!! this little girl was so adorable, and I had no idea what to say. but i told the lady piercing and the dad that I had my ears pierced when I was about a month old in Spain, and I still have them pierced. I dont know why I thought it was so cute. it really is disgusting to see people a) piercing with a gun at claires b) having a toddlers ears being pierced when they dont have any fucking clue what is going on and c) parents that think this is so cute and cool now, when their babies grow up and they get piercings elsewhere and are disgusted by it. but nonetheless, i found it cute. the dad was like "look in there mirror....WHOSE THE PRETTY GIRL???? YOU'RE THE PRETTY GIRL!!!!"..and the baby stopped crying, and then the piercing lady was like "goood giiirll...dont cry"..and the baby started screaming again..AHAHAAHA.....

so its official, I'm going to hawaii for my dad's wedding may 16th-22nd. the only thing is, is that I really really wish ryan could come, becuase it would be so awesome to be in hawaii with my boyfriend, and im going to be by myself with my dad, my aunt grandparents, my dads fiancee, etc. it will be nice to go on a family vacation but it would feel more complete with my boyfriend there. I also havent been on a plane in a super long time, and the flight is really long, and im kindof nervous, even thought i shouldnt be. now i have to go shopping for summer type clothes because i dont have any..oh well its in 2 months anyway :) i have an idea of what i want, and i need a dress for my dad's wedding. i hope he doesnt mind if i get plastered there. they are having a luaou (i have no idea how its spelled) after the wedding. Im going to eat so much food there its not even funny. and buy tiki type stuff :)

so im making money on ebay, which is pretty cool. I've made over 100 dollars so far, and i need to go scouring thrift stores again for cool stuff, becuase thats what I make most of my money off of. its great. maybe someday i can start sewing too and quit my lame ass job. ive already picked out the patterns and fabric i want to buy to make those hot topic style 50's sun dresses and purses to match, with little bamboo handles of course (jana). hehe. i also just bought this awesome skirt and purse on ebay. I got the skirt today, and I love it. its a blue and yellow lip service skirt.

and there's this guy named kent at my work who is new and a driver, and he made me this 80's punk cd, and he listens to bad religion and saw them a bunch when he was a "younger california punk" ahaha. I think thats awesome, I was so surprised he made me this little compilation cd, just that he took the time to do so.

oh and kathleen, I promise I will send your money out to you tomorrow, im really sorry Ive taken this long, and that you are so strapped for cash :( i feel really bad, Ive just been really lazy, the check has been written out for awhile now and sitting in an envelope. ecjjkkk.
